Ms. Devika Mehra
Devika Mehra is a seasoned legal professional, having graduated with B.Com LL.B (Hons.) and enrolled with the Delhi State Bar since 2016. She possesses extensive experience, having worked with two leading law firms, specializing in Intellectual Property Disputes, Commercial Disputes, and Arbitration. Having worked with S.S. Rana & Co. as a Managing Associate, she led a team of lawyers and successfully represented clients across domestic and international jurisdictions.
She has appeared before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, the Delhi High Court, District Courts, various Commissions, Tribunals, and the DIAC, consistently expanding her legal practice.
Devika is a certified POSH trainer and expert, and holds a diploma in Intellectual Property Disputes from the esteemed Indian Law Institute, further strengthening her expertise in the field.

Gaurav Goswami is a legal and data privacy expert with over 10 years of experience across litigation, academia, and compliance advisory. He has led privacy programs for leading companies in finance, energy, and agribusiness, offering solutions aligned with Indian and global data protection laws.
A CIPP-E, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Lead Implementer, and Ph.D. candidate in Data Privacy Laws, Gaurav advises on privacy policies, DPIAs, ISMS frameworks, and vendor contracts. His prior roles include Assistant Professor at UPES and Delhi University, where he taught data protection and IP law.
Widely published and regularly invited for expert lectures, Gaurav combines legal insight with a practical, compliance-first approach to help businesses manage data responsibly and lawfully.

Ms. Prerna Singh
CRIMINAL LAWYER & MEDIATOR
Prerna Singh is an Advocate and Mediator who has been practising since 2019 in the Supreme Court of India, various State High Courts, the Company Law Board, Consumer Courts, and District Courts.
She independently drafted criminal matters, including criminal writs, appeals, various types of bail applications, criminal miscellaneous applications, and criminal revision petitions. She has also handled trials under sections such as 376 IPC, 304A IPC, as well as cases involving the PMLA Act, Negotiable Instruments Act 1881, quashing petitions under Section 482 Cr.P.C.
Prerna has worked as a Junior Associate in an Investment Arbitration case before the Permanent Court of Arbitration (PCA) at The Hague, the Netherlands, alongside a Co-Arbitrator.
She is associated with Schumacher Society Delhi (Creating Rural Prosperity), working on projects such as Freedom of Religion and Belief (FoRB) and Preventing Violent Extremism (PVE). Additionally, she serves as a Legal Advisor to Adiwasi Samta Manch (ASM), an NGO based in Chhattisgarh that represents tribal and other forest-dwelling communities in India.
